Yawn!

I only wanted to plunge into the depths of sleep, but the sea was shallow and muddled with thoughts of worries and sadness; so the soft warm down cover became my shroud.

As I lie there in the wake of time I desperately longed for the quiet rhythm and the sound of breath, but the thunder of my vociferous mind was more percussive, more pronounced.

....and so I became a wall...and just let the sounds bounce with the persistence of a child's ball....and now, by day, I sit and yawn and can't remember what all the noise was about.
